The hard part is everything except the work

The whole property, not a function room
When you book, you get all of it. No other guests, no crossover, no explaining to a front desk what a closing circle is. The villa was built slowly by one family over the better part of a decade, and it holds a small group the way a house does rather than the way a hotel does.

Somewhere to hold the work
Four distinct settings, so your programming does not all happen in one room. Shaded and open, wet and dry, loud and silent. This is ancestral land on the north shore of Lake Chapala, and it has been a place people come to rest for a great deal longer than it has been a hotel.
Water
Pool and jacuzzi set into the gardens. Time in the water tends to become part of the day rather than something booked.
Quiet that holds
Thick walls, dark rooms, and enough distance between them. Most groups notice the difference by the second night, which is usually where the real work starts.
Every room has a name
Not numbers. Each door carries a small hand-painted wooden sign: Iluminación, Gratitud, Silencio, Alegría, Pasión. Your guests will start trading them at breakfast within a day.
Thirteen rooms in total, from round thatched casitas to the A-frame in the trees. We are taking inquiries for 2027 now. December is not available for retreats, though the hotel runs as normal that month. Dates are held on a first-confirmed basis once terms are agreed.

From Villa Armonía to Sagrada Armonía
For almost a decade this was Villa Armonía, built by a Mexican family who poured their lives into it and ran it as a small, well-loved hotel. The gardens, the lake views, and the sense of refuge are theirs.
In 2027 it becomes Sagrada Armonía, a center for longevity and wellness. The bones of the villa stay exactly as they are. What changes is who it is for: the teachers, healers, and facilitators who need somewhere to do their work properly.
